Description: Avid RC HB D8 Worlds Spec 1.0mm G10 Rear Arm Inserts. These optional inserts are an excellent tuning aid for changing track conditions and help to keep dirt and debris out of the arm. Constructed from 1.0mm G10 these slightly reduce the flex and twisting in your suspension arms but are mainly intended to block dirt from packing up on the bottom of the arm. Avid RC recommends running these G10 inserts on the bottom of the arm and their carbon inserts on the top to keep the dirt out of the arm, while not making the arm too stiff.
