Description: You’re going to love this BRAND NEW tunic/top from Avenue! It is aptly nicknamed the Harper (actually have no idea why it is named the Harper but here we are!) this is a plus size 18 but too small for my belly. It is what it is! It has really nice reds, navy and white florals with a not-too-frilly and definitely not little-girl-like ruffle around the bottom and the sleeves, makes them about 3/4, shorties love 3/4 sleeves!! How does that saying go? “You really have to hand it to short people….they can’t reach it anyway…” lol! I digress, this is not a novel but I grew tired of saying the same thing in my listings and the AI is pretty awful. Bottom line, this is a brand new and super nice top from Avenue and you need it!
