The front elements of the clock are decorated with detailed and intricate engraving. Every detail in this model is hand-decorated turning it into an art object on your wall. While making the design of a new clock we were inspired by a very strange steampunk tattoo that we suddenly caught sight of. It contained an idea of time evanescence and at the same moment its tangibility, which you can literally touch. The hands motion is complemented by the movement of 4 gears each of which is an AA battery operated. The mirror on the background adds some volume to the clock and amplifies the movement effect, transforming the clock into a kinetic installation.
