The certificate says that the piece is an original piece by Blaylock and is certified and authorized by the Alaska Chilkat bald eagle preserve as well as Alaska state parks. It also states that the print is complemented with a minted medallion embellished with 24 karat gold and that it is exclusively available from The Franklin Mint. Comes in a nice wood frame. Minor wear to the frame. A must have for collectors.
