Humans are prone to human error and I refuse to sell anything that I do not know to be 100% authentic (not just because I believe in honesty, but also because I don’t like dealing with all of the nonsense that comes with returns). If they passed it back to you and told you “it probably won’t pass”, there’s no way to prove that to me and, no offense, we do not know each other. However, for those who have had their items authenticated and they passed (as they should since everything in our shop is acquired in person, no second hand purchases from other vendors) we would love it if you save your feedback for after you get back the letter of authentication. ❤️ Thank you in advance for that!! If you communicate with me and tell me what the hold up is, waiting on another auction to close, for a paycheck to clear, you forgot you bid… we’re all human and I have no problem working with you. I believe our feedback reflects that much. Lately we’ve had to deal with quite a few non-payments with zero communication, more than is normal for eBay, as well as outright obvious lies. We cannot let this slide. This is a small, honest business and my only means of income seeing as I’m disabled due to a car accident. Maybe that’s TMI, but I think it’s important to know that this shop is my livelihood and I take it very seriously which is why I have no problem working things out with those who are polite and why I go out of my way to be sure every item is authentic.
