The collectible, which measures approx. 8 1/4" x 11 1/4" is in Good, not perfect, Condition. The covers, which have good color, and all pages, which are cream-colored, are firmly attached. The front and back cover corners have wear and rounding; the inside front and back covers appear to have foxing in multiple areas; the front cover spine has multiple stress creases - the biggest approx. 3/4" near the "m" in "Custom", there is some color loss at the binding - particularly at the top left-hand side, the top right-hand corner has an approx. 1/2" crease, there is a small tear at the right-hand center edge, the bottom left-hand edge has some color loss, the bottom right-hand corner has an approx. 1" crease; the centerfold staples are rusty (and some discoloration has seeped into several other pages at the staple areas) and there is what appears to be foxing at the bottom edge; the back cover top left-hand corner has an approx. 1/4" crease, the spine has multiple stress creases - the biggest approx. 3/4" near "Railroads", the left-hand bottom edge has an approx. 1/4" impact crease, the bottom right-hand corner has an approx. 1/8" bindery tear.
