Description: For sale is a very nice Atari 2600 4-switch woodgrain system. The capacitors and voltage regulator were replaced, and new thermal paste (MX-6) was used. All components used were from Console5 and very good quality. Includes system with attached rf cable and original Atari adapter. The system was cleaned inside and out (including cartridge port), all switches lubricated, and the exterior was treated with a plastic conditioner to keep it from getting brittle. It has a slight chip on the right side. Very tiny, see last picture. If i didn't call attention to it, you would likely not see it Otherwise, this system is in beautiful condition. Even the orange paint around the controls on the front looks perfect and not worn off like most. The cartridge slot was cleaned with contact cleaner Even new, these can be a little finicky with cartridges. So, you may need to reinsert the cartridge from time to time to get it to play.
