Description: Card was missing one capacitor and the cooling fan. Good replacement capacitor was soldered to the board, and a brand new fan was installed (the fan seems to be smaller than the factory one, so only 2 screw holes line up). Almost no fan noise. Applied new thermal compound and stress tested. 0 problems and core reached a maximum temperature of 50C under full continuous load.
