Thermal paste does breaks down over time. These cards are tested to a max of 90c under full load in the test bench before shipping to insure no cards will over heat or throttle. Temps could be improved approx. 10c with new thermal paste under full load. This applies to ANY AND ALL video card over 3 years old. i would love to do this for everyone but would take forever to do a lot of cards. i also want to keep the factory anti tamper sticker sealed for guaranteed authenticity of original parts. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Shipping Alert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If the item arrives damaged because the mail carrier can't do their job properly and smashes or damages the package on the outside of the box. The buyer WILL be responsible for filing a claim. They will have to provide the damaged product and box to a USPS store in order to complete the claim as there is no way for me to do that. This has happened twice to me so far over 100+ shipments, it appears certain regions of the United States are worse than others.
