A scenic rubble base is also included, to elevate this grim overseer above the rank and file. What's in the box? This kit comprises 12 plastic components, and is supplied with a Citadel 28.5mm Round Base. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
