This blouse is a size Small and runs true to size. Its 100% cotton so there is no to very minimal stretch. This is from my personal collection and is in impeccable condition. The sleeves have buttons on the outside and the tabs are on the inside so the blouse can be worn with the sleeves rolled up like Elena's or down for everyday business casual.
