Description: I remember Mr. Taglieri when I was a kid. He painted a wall in the school auditorium with a massive mural of New Bern NC and he included us kids in it as we came by to see it and say hello. He was a kind person. Years later after he passed I saw one of his daughters selling his prints at the farmers market and had to get some. We have decided to sell 2 of the several different prints that we bought all those years ago. Time to downsize some and allow others to enjoy his art. This is a flash back painting of the Union Station in New Bern NC. I have included some info on it and him in the photos. On the back of the frame there is a spot that was rubbed and then had a marker go over it so it was still black. Only recently did I find this and after questioning my grown kids did I find out that they had done it. Apparently they took it off the wall and got something on it, wiped it off and it changed color so a marker was applied so we wouldn’t notice. I guess it worked because I hadn’t noticed and that was years ago. It is all minor surface damage and I can certainly send more pictures if you want to see it closer.
