Description: Selling a watercolor print by noted artist Baruch Greenbaum (who was born in England but emigrated to Israel in 1973. Died in 1992).He is noted for his depictions of Jerusalem in an upbeat/whimsical theme. THIS PRINT-TITLE-"The Dung Gate" (the ages-old gate in Jerusalem used as access for disposal of garbage). Print Number 57/500. The are pencil Hebrew (?) markings to the lower right. It appears to depict 2 Jews 1 Muslim 1 Christian (?) leaving the gate near each other (Jerusalem as Greenbaum wanted it to be). DIMENSIONS-Frame 13-1/2" across the front X 13-15/16" tall.
