Paint, Sharpie markers, ink and collage medium or glue will not penetrate through a page to the other side. Covers are made of durable 'Kraft-tex' - the same 'leather paper' that blue jean, waistband labels are made of. Painted covers are all one-of-a-kind, hand sprayed with ink, heat-set and hand-rubbed & buffed with a 'sealing wax'. Journals contain 6 interchange sections (16 pages per section) that are held in with a journal band. Customize your journal to fit your class, workshop, day out, weekend, vacation or business trip. Sections could be for journaling, art, itinerary, notes, directions, etc. It's up to you!
