Nicely decorated with white flowers along the lower portion of the dress. Hertwig mark on the bottom is consistent with pieces created between 1914-1945. We estimate this piece to be from the 1930's. Incised 8 over 2297 over 5 located on the bottom along with makers mark, "N74" below. Measures 9.75 inches in height by 6.5 inches wide (back of the dress to front base). No chips, cracks, or repairs. Specs of paint loss on right shoulder. A bit of paint loss on the rear edge portion of the dress.
