Description: This antique button hook is a unique addition to any collection. With a beautiful art deco design on mother of pearl and a vibrant orange back, it is sure to catch the eye of anyone who sees it. I do not know if this hook is bakelite or celluloid, it would probably be one of the two considering the age and Art Deco design. The design appears to be done on mother of pearl, but it could be plastic as well? There is some wear to the handle, and the metal hook part has heavy patina and/or is rusty.
