Description: Suddenly stopped working. I’m assuming power surge as I got a text message about an outage in the area that morning prior to finding out it didn’t work. Had Comcast come out to diagnosed and they said it was the modem/router end. Powers on but no wifi or internet connectivity. Sold as-is for parts only. Thinking back, I didn’t try to factory reset or anything, I just assumed something got fried. But orange light comes and stays steadily on. The lan ports works to the best of my knowledge as in my security camera system detects it, just no internet access. Whether it’s an easy fix or not I’m not willing to attempt as I already spent too much time getting my other modem/router set up and running already.
