Al Fagaly cover Very Good Plus (4.5) ~ Mouse chew near bottom right edge of front cover. Smaller chew on the first page, and some light chew on the back cover in the same area. Uniform light soiling on front and back covers.Sturdy spine, with some minor pin holes at top and bottom of each staple. A couple of 1/2" tears at left edge of back cover.The pages are mostly off-white with light cream edges. Nicer looking book at first glance.
