From a local storage unit. Cosmetics-Surface wear with paint loss. Some general corrosion in areas. The main handle is bent some but is solid otherwise. Operationally it adjusts through its range but gets more firm in areas. Its been in storage for years so could use cleaning and lubrication. See lots of photos of what you are getting. Sold AS IS.
