To cycle a newly set up aquaponic system, and have these bacteria in place, can take up to 6 months if just done naturally, and during this time, your fish, and or plants can suffer, due to increasing levels of ammonia, and then nitrite. By adding KICKSTART, you will be adding the necessary microbes right into the system so that they can get to work right away, making both your plants, and your fish happy, without the wait!
