Description: For sale is one Anton Reiche Dresden Germany Chocolate Mold No. 29475 measuring approximately 11¼” long by 6¼” by ⅞” tall. Friedrich Anton Reiche was a German entrepreneur who, as a manufacturer of tin molds, founded the most important "chocolate mold and tin packaging factory" in Germany with its headquarters in Dresden, Germany. Salvaged from a Chocolatier, this great heavy metal chocolate mold was designed to make 16 chocolate bars, each with seven sections separated by indentations that make the bars easy to break apart. Each bar measures approximately 1¾” wide by 2¾” long. The mold is in lovely Vintage condition with the expected wear for its age, including some scratching and light oxidation/discoloration to the metal.
