I have fixed many 0 asic problems with just re-flashing corrupted eeprom data. Mixing hash boards, replacing asic chips corrupt files and virus will cause this problem and is easy to fix, always copy your eeprom files with THIS device to a file and save before installing new files, this also lets you compare the files of different hash boards to look for difference's, one of the biggest problems I have found... a board may be running but not at the same performance, you can try the software that is the best preforming for the board and always revert.
