Description: Unusual handmade table map with the base being wool and the appliquéd rectangles being a variety of fabrics. The one that looks like silk has deteriorated as shown in the photos. The others are strong. There are a couple spots on the decorative edging of the rectangles that has come loose but nothing major. The outside perimeter of the mat has a crocheted yarn edging.
