ANTIQUE WEBB ART NOUVEAU RED CASED GLASS 6.25" VASE, STERLING SILVER OVERLAY

Description: Welcome to Antiques & Moore! This listing is for a lovely Art Nouveau Period cased glass vase with Sterling Silver overlay decoration, c. early 1900's. The vase has beautiful dark ruby red colored glass cased over white decorated with an intricate all-over design of flowers and vines in Sterling Silver. There is a fancy center cartouche on front (unused) and a silver upper rim. The silver is marked "899" or "668" with no other marks found but the silver is guaranteed to be of Sterling quality. Unmarked, attributed to Thomas Webb & Son, England. Measures 6 1/4" high, 2 1/4" wide with a 1 3/4" diameter top and 1 7/8" diameter base. This nice vase is in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws to the glass or the silver. Please check our eBay Store of more of our great items.
