Description: Antique Vintage Staffordshire Pottery Snuff Taker Covered Jar Humidor 8" Here is a very attractive and unusual antique/vintage Staffordshire pottery hand painted snuff taker covered jar or humidor. It measures about 8" tall. It is in excellent condition overall. There is a tight hairline to the top edge of the base that extends about 1 3/4" into body. There is an old chip to top outer edge of hat lid measuring about 9/16" across. There is a tiny flake on underside of paper he holds in left hand. There are no other chips or cracks. There is some very fine allover crazing. There is a color flake to brown band on hat. There are some minor areas of paint wear. There are a few specks of stray color here and there. Looks great overall. Please see photos.
