Description: A nice genuine antique pair of Welsh spill holders in the form of a pair of shoes. Rare to find in copper and dating to around 1880 They are very well made and have a good weight to them for their size. Used for display around the fireplace and would have been used for holding spills or matches. Nice shape and form with small stamped details in places. Both in great condition and not cleaned, showing nice metal colours. Each shoe measures 13cm long x 7cm tall x 4cm deep A good addition to any collection
