Description: Antique Circa 1880 Victorian Bohemian or French Japonisme Hand Painted Grisaille Style Mirrored Scenic Vases Approximately 11.5" tall. Fabulous antique mirrored pair - hand painted and enameled with grisaille style pastoral landscape vignettes surrounded by roses and violets on opaline glass. Both Japonisme and grisaille styles made an appearance in France first in about 1865, but these are still likely to be Bohemian made, dating between 1865-1880, possibly Moser or Harrach. Very minor paint loss. These are about as minty as it gets. No chips, cracks, repairs, etc. Experienced international art glass and pottery shipper. Will be extremely well packed and insured. I've calculated US shipping using Pirate Ship rates. Requires an oversized box.
