Description: I love the elaborate form of this tiny two cup teapot. It is decorated with a spray of pink carnations on both sides and edged with gold. At first I thought this diminutive teapot to be in excellent condition, but as I was photographing it, I found a small chip that virtually follows the scalloped form of the base. Truly, it is nearly undetectable! There is a short tight line in the bottom of the lid. The bottom of the two cup teapot has an incised number, I believe to be 6, on the base. There are no other markings. If you are seeking an elegant presentation for tea for two, this fancy little antique porcelain teapot will do the trick! The height is approximately 5”.
