Description: - Stunning Antique Steven & Williams Glass Inverted Thumbprint Satin Amberina Ewer.- Made in Stourbridge, England.- This ewer is rather rare. I don't know exactly when this piece was made, but I'm going to guess the late 1800s (1880s/90s) - very early 1900s.- Measures 7 3/4" tall, and about 5" wide/long in width and length.- This piece is made out of amberina glass with a satin (matte) finish. It has a gorgeous color gradient from a yellowish color on the bottom to a more cranberry/pinkish color towards the top.- I believe this piece is in an inverted thumbprint pattern. The inverted thumbprint pattern is very similar and sometimes referred to as coin dot/coin spot.- Beautifully made (phenomenal craftsmanship).- Applied satin handle.- Hand-blown glass.- Condition-wise, this piece is in great condition. No chipping, or cracking. Minor scratching due to age.- A gorgeous display piece and a prized collector's item! - Please feel free to check out our other listings, and if you have any additional questions please let us know!- Andrea & Josh
