Description: The sterling silver vintage / antique heart pendant has a lovely raised repousse detail and a nice warm patina. The pendant is hinged and opens at the top. It's closure is secure and closes with a click. This unique statement piece is beautifully handmade and hand stamped with a repoussé design at least 100 years ago. It is most likely part of a chatelaine or maybe a snuff pendant. The heart is in silver and the chain included is also silver.
