Description: This is an antique steel cut French evening bag with a sterling silver frame. The steel cut is not in good condition but the sterling frame is great looking. The bag is stamped Made in France on the inside of the frame. I have taken it to the jewelry exchange in New York City and had it tested two times by gold dealers. The frame is definitely sterling.
