Description: This is a Rare Antique Steampunk Industrial Gauge made by Jas. P. Marsh of Skokie Illinois. The name of the company is along the lower rim on the face, and it says “Jas. P. Marsh / Skokie Ill. / Made in USA”. The gauge measures 6 ¼” across the front, and 5 ¾” across the glass encased face. The needle inside measures just over 4” long. The cowling around the face appears to be unpainted steel or brass, while the rest of the body is a black painted white steel. The threaded post measures ½” across. The markings inside are in increments of 5, from 0 to 30. The item appears to be in great condition, with only light wear to the unpainted steel, that just needs to be polished up, and minor markings to the black part from age.
