Description: Antique Frohse Anatomical No 1. This is an early lithographed anatomical chart by Amer-Frohse. Fritz Frohse (1871-1916) was the original artist, a German anatomist and doctor, published by A.J. Nystrom & Co. Publishers, Chicago, 1918. The chart is numbered and inscribed 'Copyright 1918, by A.J. Nystrom & Co.' It is over 100 years old with an aged patina. H 76 in. × W 41 in. x D 1 in. This chart is the hardest to find in the collection of available charts out there as it is so stunning. The patina and wear on this chart is beautiful and shows really well. I can see this framed with the rods removed. The canvas can be flattened quite easily and it would be a show piece for any room.
