Description: This antique creamer is a rare find for any collector. Made in Germany in 1891 by, I'm thinking, Schaefer & Vater?. I have seen the exact same mold, but painted differently, in a blue & white Holland Dutch design, by Schaefer & Vater. It features a sitting Holstein cow design in classic black and white porcelain. The piece is in its original state and has not been tampered with. Germany, 1891 is imprinted on the side of the cow, pictured. A must-have for any antique or porcelain collector. The creamer sits 7 1/2" long, 2 1/2" deep, and 3 3/4" tall to the top of the horns. There are NO chips, NO cracks, NO glaze crazing! Absolutely EUC, especially for its 133 year old age!
