Description: It is rare to see such a tiny cloisonné vase and with such intricate, flowing work. This vase has the rare milk chocolate color wireless ground with a near wireless white chrysanthemum flower and varied green leaves. (With 10 magnification one can see a little gold wire on the leaves.) Both top and bottom are gold metal. The base is stamped with the earlier Ando signature.Ando Jubei started working in cloisonné in the Nagoya region of Japan in the late 1800s.
