Description: Stricking antique lidded pitcher in the Norwood shape, standing approximately 8" in height. It is able to hold 56 fluid ounces or 7 cups of liquid. The stoneware material has a matte finish. The Fern leaves are colored in a rich blue and Bluebells in a creamy white on the rich brown base makes it a unique addition to any collection. The pitcher features a twisted branch handle and has an incised mark 616 to the base. Also an impressed 12, right by the large chip out of the base rim. There are small crumbled losses amongst the applied patterns, closest to the chip. Some crackles in the applique as well. Please see all pictures. The metal, probably pewter, lid is hinged and the collar is a bit loose where it is attached to the stoneware, I could not find a makers marks. Integrity is important to me, please message me with any questions. Thank you
