It's missing pages 411-417.All of the index pages are there, but 8 or so pages have pulled away from the binding at the back of the book. The first page that has a number is numbered 210. I think this is because it's vol. II and the first 200 or so pages are in vol. I. My definition of condition ("ok, good, great, etc.") may be different than yours, so please review the pictures closely to judge for yourself.
