These exquisite pieces are made of high-quality brass and steel, and fthe larger features a rather fancy steel hook that adds a real touch of elegance.Sadly the smaller is missing part of the metal dial, to read the weight. The large scale is 13 inches long, including the loop and hook, making it not only functional but also a beautiful decorative item for any home.This might have been a post scale, but with upto 30 lbs to weigh, i'm not sure.The smaller is only 7 inches long and most likey was a postal scale, it would fit in your pocket.
