Description: This listing is for a pair of TWO antique Victorian early Masonic Mason Knights Templar uniform ritual aprons for ceremony and costume. Sold as one set and sold as is. Unknown exact maker or materials, black velvet fabric with ornamental metal crossed swords (possibly nickel or silver) at top. Both aprons are missing the skull and crossbones which you can see the outlines of at the bottom of the aprons; I do NOT have these parts. Decorative trim around edges. Top of each apron is an adhered long ribbon for tying, please note one apron appears to have a two different ribbon materials, one black and one black and brown; the dual-color part is frayed and has a tear in it. Based on other aprons, I am estimating these are from the late 1800s/1880s possibly early 1900s.
