Description: Understated elegant Antique Oil Lamp standing 55.5cm tall overall. The lamp has a glossy glazed terracotta base with domed brass column decorated with acanthus leaf motifs. A large vertically ribbed clear glass font screws into the base and has a brass screw fit collar. The Duplex burner although unmarked to the wick winder buttons, is of a good quality and has a good antique gallery, working snuffer lever and wick winders and is fitted with new wick and a flat bulge Griffin brand chimney. The pretty antique globe shaped shade, is acid etched with a swirling floral pattern on a clear glass ground.
