Description: For sale is a mocha / espresso demitasse cup and saucer made by Nymphenburg in the 20th century . It is from the Kings / Pearl service made for the electoral court around 1792-1795 designed originally by Dominikus Auliczek . The original set is still in the possession of the family and thus any pieces of this design are later copies. The two pieces are 12 sided and have the pearl design to the very edge (refers to the little blue pearls painted on). Hand painted with a scene in black in the center of the saucer and the front of the cup as well as a superb gold and blue trim. The saucer is 0.875 inches tall and 3.625 inches in diameter. The cup is 1.875 inches tall with a diameter of 2 inches. Both are marked with the green shield mark with the name Nymphenburg underneath as well as some black numbers, letters, a red painter's mark and impressed numbers and their shield mark as shown. The scene on the saucer is labeled underneath as Im Hirschgarten bei Schleissheim which is the royal deer garden near the castle at Nymphenburg near Munich , Bavaria .
