Exteriors are clean with some minor ink soiling to the spine face. Interior is very clean and well intact with original telephone number / address change card and "Yellow Book successors to Robinson's Red Book" leaflet inside, both likewise clean and crisp. Map leaf is clean with small tatter at its inner margin. Binding is tight and very well intact. Book is structurally very well intact. Book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Phone book measures approximately 9 7/8 x 6 1/2 x 5/16 inches and weighs about 1/2 pounds. Entire leaf with map on it measures approximately 21 x 15 3/4 inches unfolded.
