Description: Antique Morimura Brothers Noritake Nippon Hand Painted w/Moriage Mt. Fuji Landscape Scene Vase Meiji 1911-1921. 4 1/2" tall by 5 1/4" diameter. This lovely piece has moriage along the rim, on the two tree trunks and branches to the right of the road, and on the row of evergreens to the left. It features a woman walking on the road towards her home. The mark on the base is green w/laurel wreath and an "M" in the center, over this is Hand Painted, and under is NIPPON. It is in perfect condition, perhaps some wear to brown color on top of rim, but this may have been original.
