Description: Offered is this beautiful antique majolica plate. Made by Villeroy & Boch in their Schramberg majolica factory, it is has the partial mark of VBS and the impressed numbers 439/7. It features an extremely ornate rim and central blue background. The center features flowers, flower buds and colorful leaves on a highly decorative impressed light blue background, just lovely. It is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks, just a small spot of glaze ware. See all photos for condition. It measures 8 inches in diameter. A fabulous addition to your collection.
