Description: Gilt cast brass andirons firedogs stamped Jewel 1840. The approximate dimensions of each are as follows: 4” wide, 12” 1/4” length, 16” in height. The weight of each is approximately 11 pounds. Some of the gilt gold is missing, and there is one casting flaw as shown in the pictures. Overall both are in good condition. Iron grate arms are missing.
