Description: Balance wheel spins and it ticks for a few seconds. Definitely overwound. Needs a new crystal and servicing. Very heavy solid watch. I was told this was a special gift to a Peruvian priest Padre. One side has a hand painted enamel mother and child and the other the coat of arms of Peru. Inside is also a religious picture. Very unique piece. I’ve made no attempt to clean or polish.
