Description: This is a beautiful, vibrantly colored vase! In different lighting conditions it has a very different effect. In direct light it feels alive and has a commanding presence. But when it has indirect light the coloration is more soft and the iridescent finish becomes more visible. It's very appealing and unusual in this way! It was top blown with a cut and ground rim and a flat base with no trace of a pontil mark. The clear base glass is full of peach and yellow oil spot droplets, and the surface has a metallic iridescence of pinks and purples, greens and golds. The piece is 9.5" tall and 3.25" at its widest. The piece is pre-World War I.It is in excellent condition. I do not see any flaws. There are no chips, cracks or scratches.
