Description: This is a beautiful antique micro mosaic brooch made in Italy. It has a stunning colorway with its various shades of blues. It has the original C-clasp closure which dates this piece as being a much older mosaic brooch, dating to well over 100 years old. The micro mosaic is in excellent condition, the colors are beautiful and bright. The gold metal trimming and backing shows some discoloration due to age. The pin closure on the back is slightly bent, I have not tried to fix this, but it can be straightened out a bit more. I will leave this up to the buyer to do, if desired. Pin measures 1 inch.
