We assume it’s Russian, antique or vintage, it was inside of the antique Russian lacquer box made by Vishnyakov factory. This item looks very, very old, perhaps it was handcrafted. Age: maybe Imperial Russia? Perhaps this is part of a military royal order or medal, perhaps this was a pendant that was attached to a heavy chain. This item has a really large size, atypical for a regular pendant. It is shaped like a royal Crown, with a typical royal cross at the top. This item has a stamp 88 on the inner surface. We don't know what is it? Perhaps it’s a hallmark for silver?? See the photos. This item was positively tested for silver (acid and magnet).
