Antique Holmegaard Prussian 3 Ring Decanter - circa 1850

Description: Welcome to Fantastic Finds by Finn Antique Holmegaard Prussian 3 Ring Decanter with non-original stopper. Decanter is circa 1850 and the non-original hollow stopper looks to be from around 1860. Stopper has a slight wobble when inserted in decanter. Both items are very thinly blown. Some very small and few air bubbles can be seen in the body. Difficult to see in the photos. The rings appear to be applied. Pontil mark on base. Additional documentation can be provided from my research. Condition: Excellent condition for its age with only shelf scuffs noted on the base seat and some surface scuffs. Also noted was a flake on the top surface of the flange around the top. Shown in pictures #23 & 24. Also noted a few small pieces of debris in one ring and the base. These are visible as you view the pictures. Approximate Dimensions: Height: 10 inches w/o stopper. 12 ½ inches w/stopper. Width: 5 inches of the body at widest point. Base: 4 ¼ inches in diameter. Flange: 2 ¼ inches. Weight: 1 lbs. 5 oz. before packing to ship. Note: USPS is the only carrier that allows shipping to a PO Box.
